OB&HS is granting franchises for its core products to qualified applicants, such as existing manufacturers in specific territories. The franchise offered are of two types: Regional franchises granted for a whole region, and country-specific franchise granted for a country or province within a region. OB&HS is not currently offering master franchises.

Distributorship Agency

To qualify for a Distribution Agency in your relative region/country you must contact OB&HS with your business credentials and references.

An evaluation and approval process will be carefully pursued toward a selective appointment of the official Distributorship, also known as Agency.

The most basic prerequisites for any applicant should include:

 • Sound business platform and distribution channels.
 • Financial capability and credit worthiness.
 • Legal entity status with good references.
 • Acceptance of OB&HS' terms and conditions*.

(* Including but not limited to periodically-designed Production Cycles Plan that underpins commitment to sustainability.)

We will NOT work with those who conduct “unmapped” business operations. —We only do business with companies that respect business commitment relating to planned production cycles, market-share metrics with growth convergence.

The candidate must demonstrate dedication with long term commitment to the making of OLA™ desirable, valuable and findable.

COST LEADERSHIP

Cost leadership strategy is centered on the capability of the manufacturing facilities to produce and deliver products of competitive quality at lower prices. And our cost leadership strategy is much more than cost reduction; —It is an initiative.

Supplier and manufacturer relationship is what drives the low cost strategy. A common theme across the industry that base their strategy around low cost leadership is planned production. In other words, having sufficient control over in-bound supplies and logistics. The cost effectiveness starts from the premises of the suppliers to the production plant. This is very important as major costs are incurred in irregular inbound supplies.


THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE & LOW PRICE

Prepaid orders enjoy our competitive advantage strategy model, which is about taking offensive actions to create a defendable position in the industry. In order for our Agents and Distributors to cope successfully with competitive forces in their markets, we pioneered a co-production system in easy to sustain cycles, so that prices are kept to bare minimum cost of manufacturing, allowing our networks to promote the brand, penetrate new markets and generate superior return on their investment.

The basis for above-average performance is "Cost Leadership" which means lower prices, and "Differentiation", meaning tangible quality standards, exceptional visual trade-dress and value delivered to the consumer.


BUILT-TO-ORDER TRANSACTIONS (BTOs)

Our generic pricing strategy begins at the production level. Each and every order and delivery is based on a BTO transaction within the approved Production Cycle.

To achieve the cost leadership parity, the Factory and Agent must advance-plan in a pre-paid co-production style to achieve economically cost-effective pricing levels, rather than scalable pricing determined by sudden market turns and external factors, such as costly intermediaries, post-production warehousing and stocking charges, pre-production financing charges, bank's credit interest, Letters of Credit management and setup fees.

Therefore, pre-paid orders will target and meet a factory "skeleton production cost" that is nearly comparable to the basic price of raw-materials.

However, in some cases a Letter of Credit (LC) will be accepted at our factory's strict terms and conditions that are explained in the LC Acceptance Policy section.
